Who we are
C-innovate are a people focused consultancy group that specialise in supporting the implementation of new technology. We are a spin off of the Applied Psychology Group at Sussex University. Read about our principal consultants.
What we do
We save organisations time and money by ensuring frontline staff adopt new systems quickly and effectively.
How we do it
We prioritise the human components of technology implementations, often referred to as ‘cultural’ or ’soft issues’. The essence of what we do is spending time with people to understand their needs.
When not working with the people who use the technology, we work with project teams and system developers to help ensure that new technology is easy to use and delivers benefits across organisations.
Our skill set
We draw on expertise from engineering psychology, cognitive psychology, human factors, ethnography and human computer interaction. We combine elements from these different disciplines to enable us to provide a multi faceted view of how to get the best from new technology.
