Interviews

“…giving individuals a voice and organisations an objective view”

What interviews can offer you

Interviews provide your organisation with a detailed and independent insight into the attitudes and experiences of system users and organisational stakeholders. This data can be used as a basis for making pertinent and effective strategic and operational decisions about a range of implementation issues, for example system developments, work practice changes and organisational support.

What we do

We develop interview programmes that ensure samples are representative and provide the specific information you require. We Picture of contextual interview generally conduct interviews in context at people’s place of work, but can also convene interview sessions in bespoke facilities or conduct interviews over the phone.

We focus on fast delivery of feedback to the project team and can provide a summary of key findings within 12 hours and a detailed report typically within 3 working days of interview completion dates.

We offer interviews as part of the following services: Evaluation, Benchmarking, Requirements Definition, Benefits Realisation, Project Consultancy
