Angela Bah
Angela has been designing accessible educational software since 1983, and has many years of teaching experience at all levels from nursery to adult, including special needs. As well as consultancy work, she currently lectures at the University of Brighton, and her special interest is in education and training applications for all age groups.
As an accessibility consultant, she is currently involved in various projects for the education, training and commercial markets. This includes conformance with legislation such as the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) and the Special Educational Needs and Disability Act (SENDA). Her focus is on accessibility; usability; interactive and instructional design accessible to all users, including those with special needs.
Angela has post-graduate diplomas in Multimedia Authoring and Multimedia Management from Birkbeck College, University of London; and also gained a Master's Degree in Academic Practice focusing on eLearning at the University of Brighton. She is currently studying for a Professional Doctorate in Education.
