Ian Miles

Ian is a highly motivated professional with excellent people, communication and management skills. After leaving the teaching profession as a deputy headmaster, he has spent the last 30 years in IT sales and management. The vast majority of this time has been spent working within the public sector, working at different levels in organisations, building solid business relationships and managing change to achieve targeted profit margins.

Ian has successfully strategised the delivery of IT services to Local Government achieving targeted goals and raising customer satisfaction to high loyalty levels. He strongly believes that openness, honesty and integrity are the key contributors to the building of  successful working relationships, these traits having been rewarded by customer loyalty, respect and satisfaction.
