John Harper

John is highly experienced in the field of changing organisational cultures: assessing the health of a culture, working with internal change agents to affect change, developing leadership and collaborative skills and developing inter-cultural working. John has over 30 years experience in working in Social Services, Health, Local government and Academia.

John has worked with a wide range of international clients in the private and public sector. He is a professionally qualified social worker and group analyst (Tavistock Institute) and has taught and practice groupwork and psychoanalytical groupwork in a variety of organisations. He is specialises in organisational analysis and developing cross-cultural communication strategies. John holds a visiting research fellowship on International Relations and Politics at the University of Sussex.
