Julia Harding

Julia is a strong advocate of the benefits of user consulatation during all stages of the system design and implementation process. She specialises in identifying and gathering contextual information to support user adoption and help ensure full system utilisation. She is experienced in helping organisations understand how people interact with technology and new systems. She has experience in managing projects investigating the impact of mobile equipment and technology on staff for the Home Office,  UK Police Forces, NHS, Social Services and Utility Companies.

Julia holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Portsmouth and an MSc in Human-Centred Computer Systems from the University of Sussex. She previously held a research post in the Applied Psychology Group at the University of Sussex.
