Vision development
Central to the success of any programme is having an overarching vision that all senior stakeholders embrace. An effective way of achieving this objective is to involve these stakeholders in defining and agreeing the vision.

What we do
We work with senior stakeholders to facilitate the development and consolidation of a unified vision. We draw on a range of information gathering and group work techniques which might initially include formal or informal conversations with stakeholders followed by more interactive techniques such as workshops, discussion groups and focus groups.
